Damages & Shortages
When your goods arrive it is very important to check the items for visible transit damage with the driver. If you find an item that has been damaged in transit please sign the driver’s proof of delivery as damaged and refuse the item with the driver.
We appreciate that it is not always possible to check the items there and then but we would ask that all items are checked within a reasonable amount of time. Items should be quickly opened and checked. We would recommend checking the items before your fitter is booked in to start work on your installation.
If you do find any damaged items or if you are missing any items please email email@example.com with your order number, the nature of the problem and if the items are damaged, a picture of the damage.
If you find a fault on an item prior to installation we will typically arrange a replacement and collection at our cost.
For installed items within their guarantee period we work with the manufacturer's technical departments to arrange the speediest resolution of the problem. This may be an engineer arranged by the manufacturer, a replacement or some spare parts for your fitter to install. We will communicate with you throughout the entire process to let you know what we are doing and when you should expect the problem resolved.
If you discover a fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the nature of the problem and pictures of the fault. The more information you provide the quicker we will be able to resolve the issue for you.
If you would like to cancel an order before your delivery please email email@example.com and we will cancel and process a full refund back to your original payment method.
If you would like to cancel an order after delivery you have 14 calendar days to make this decision and notify us of the cancellation. If you would like to return the item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a confirmation that the value of the item has not diminished as a result of your handling. We would advise sending an image of the items that you want to return. Once you have confirmed you would like to return the item you have 14 calendar days to get the item back to us. We do not offer a collection service to do this. Once the item is back with us, we will inspect the item and process the refund back onto your original payment method within 14 calendar days. If when the item has been inspected, if the value of the item has diminished as a result of your handling, this value will be taken from the refund.
